Remote Doctor Consulting Service (Telemed)

If you need to consult a doctor regarding an illness, treatment, or medication, but face travel difficulties—such as urgent situations, living in another province, or residing abroad, Sapiens Hospital offers a telemedicine service using simple and convenient technology. Appointments are conducted via Microsoft Teams for 30 minutes per session and cover the following:

• General Symptoms: Colds, the flu, COVID-19, headaches, muscle pain, and stomachaches.
• Medication Use: General medications, painkillers, analgesics, and muscle relaxants.
• Treatment Consultations: Discussing various symptoms to evaluate treatment options and estimated costs.
• Second Opinions: Requesting an alternative medical opinion and diagnosis.
• Vaccine Consultations: Advice and information regarding vaccinations.

If medication or an ambulance transfer is requested (or deemed medically necessary), Sapiens Hospital will arrange the delivery of the appropriate medication or dispatch an ambulance to you following the consultation.

Service fee THB 2,000 per 30 minutes
