The CEO & Muay Thai Ringside Physician

Some boxing fans might find the ringside doctor wearing the Sapiens Hospital shirt familiar. Yes, that serious-looking doctor sitting amidst the cheering crowd at the Channel 7 Muay Thai Stadium is Dr. Arnat Udomsak, who has been dedicated to this ringside role for over 25 years! (Long before he even founded Sapiens Hospital.)

Let’s get to know Dr. Arnat.

Dr. Arnat graduated from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)."

Currently, he serves as the CEO of Hospital Administration at Sapiens Hospital, where he collaborates with a team of specialists to manage sports injuries.

'In contact sports, injuries can happen at any second. My job is to stand by and monitor them. If anything abnormal or critical occurs, I can make immediate, accurate decisions regarding treatment or emergency medical transfers.'

'Sometimes, strangers recognize me but don't quite know what to call me. They’ll just point and shout, "Ringside Doctor!" or "The Channel 7 Boxing Doctor!"—so that basically became my nickname.

"Boxing is the art of the body, but medicine is the art of protection."
